Questions For The First Election Debate

Question 1

As Climate change and the Economy recovery are two of the most important issues
that face the party who are elected by the people, I would like to know if any
of these parties have given thought to the Utilisation of Cannabis? Cannabis has
thousands of uses and if utilized would create jobs, help sustain healthy living
and reduce the carbon footprint whilst supplying a clean burning fuel

Question 2

The utilisation of cannabis offers Jobs, Food, Fuel, and Medicine to mention
only a few. All these use's can create economical stimulus to address our
national debt and so much more. As all parties face this inevitable up hill
struggle, if elected will any of them consider cannabis utilisation?

Question 3

If you get into power, how will you aim to resolve the problems caused by the
prohibition of actions pertaining to drug use in this country and could you
please explain how criminalising the youth and having no control over the
quality of the drugs they choose consume or where they purchase them, equates to
the actual real control that this government has on the situation?
Would it not be best for all concerned to Legalise, Educate, Tax and Regulate
the market?

The audience for the leaders’ debate will be recruited by the market research company ICM. Viewers are invited to submit questions on email for consideration up to and including the day of the live programme (date to be announced). The first half of the ITV debate will have a themed section on domestic affairs and then the remaining part of the debate will be open to questions on any election issue. Each question must be relevant to all three party leaders
The question can’t focus on one party or one leader
All questions must be based on election issues
